Our Philosophy

John Ruskin (1819 – 1900 an English polymath) wrote the following:
“It’s unwise to pay too much, but it’s worse to pay too little. When you pay too much you
lose a little-that’s all. When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything because the
thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing it was thought to do. The common law of
business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot-it cannot be done. If you deal with
the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will
have enough to pay for something better”.
Sir Derek Roberts, the former provost at UCL, was Tony Wright's mentor and taught him that for most
transactions there are: cost, price and value.

At London Hearing we ensure that cost, price and value are all in line and the hearing aids enhance your quality of life. We may seem more expensive than some internet searches but the reality is that there are no hidden charges at London Hearing. There are no annual service charges; there are no
reprogramming charges, no minor repair charges; ok if the dog chews the aid and wrecks it
then there will be a cost but otherwise it is all inclusive.
