What if I am not happy with the sound?
It is likely that your brain has not heard sounds at a ‘normal’ level for quite a while. Therefore, when you first try a hearing aid, it may sound different compared to what you are used to. The more you wear your hearing aid, the more natural everyday sounds will become as your brain adjusts to the new acoustic input. If you have persevered with the aid but still require additional fine tuning, you are most welcome to book an appointment to come in and have the hearing aid adjusted. Our goal is to give you the most natural and comfortable listening experience.
Visiting from abroad?
In some cases, a hearing aid trial is not always possible, e.g. if you are visiting the UK and are due to travel back before the 30 days are up. In which case, we can fit hearing aids (to be purchased) on the same day as the initial consultation.
