“A very punctual and professional team who understands exactly what their clients need. I am not writing this review for regular services, I am writing it after a situation when Nick and his team did everything to ensure that I comfortable in a tough situation. My hearing aids had an issue while I was out of London. I was very anxious to know that other distributors in the country I was in wouldn’t fix it. I emailed Nick on a weekend, but he looked after the case(even through it was the weekend) and he got me a new pair instead of the ones had an issue. He was regularly updating me about the situation so I feel less worried and actually first thing they did on following Monday after the weekend, they shipped me a new pair of hearing aids after programming it exactly like how I wanted it to be. Not only this, they offered that they fix the old pair and let me keep it as a spare one! I appreciate it very much and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone. They have since worn out to which I went back to get a new pair. I have to say the new models (laser cut) are outstanding and really good in reducing the sound. “I was left in an untenable position by the NHS – not their fault (I <3 the NHS) but their glacial speed when it comes to sorting hearing aids would probably have left me out of work before they could respond. I was lucky that going private was an option.

I’d already done some research on hearing aids and kind of knew what I wanted – not 100% sure but good enough to whittle down the suppliers. I work near Paddington so Harley Street was near enough to get to. I rang the nice people at London Hearing and got a (same day) appointment. This was the same day as I had been told by the NHS that I wouldn’t get my hearing aids for 4 to 5 months.

I pottered over to Harley Street and met Nick. I didn’t have my audiology test results with me so in the booth I went for a fresh test. After this we spent some time discussing my options. Nick really knows his stuff and it showed.

I walked out of London Hearing a little later with my brand new hearing aids – and haven’t been happier. In fact, I’d go so far as to say the ReSound Lynx2’s have saved my job, my career. Who wants a deaf sales manager?
